Your wedding day will be one of the most momentous occasions of your lives; we want to be the event planners to help you make it an unforgettable affair for both of you and your guests. You've imagined your dream wedding, and now it's time to share your vision with us... we promise to make it a reality.
Currently we offer multi-level event production services from Day of, full and/or partial event planning/coordinating.

"An Affair"
Day of Wedding Coordination $1,500-$2,500
Services prior to your wedding day
- Coordination services for Ceremony and Reception, up to 12 hours One coordinator
- Unlimited communication and correspondences via phone, fax, and email
- Six (6) face-to-face meeting, to go over wedding details, (i.e. design & decor, vendor duties, time-line of activities, vendr negotiations, etc.)
- Assist with coordinating and contracting transportation for you and your guests
- Create a comprehensive event time schedule for vendors and wedding party
- Provide professional vendor referrals (If needed)
- Unlimited recommendations and or suggestions (i.e. creative ideas, budgeting, etiquette, and the like) Orchestrate your wedding rehearsal and organize your wedding party
- Distribute a event time schedule to your wedding party
- Confirm contracts and timing of events with all vendors
Services on your wedding day:
- Oversee all vendor commitments and make sure they are fulfilled to your standards
- Manage the timing of your events with family, wedding party and guests
- Be your eyes and ears throughout the day so you can relax and enjoy the loving memories
- Set-up/assist in decoration (i.e. centerpieces, wedding favors, place cards, etc.)
(1.5 hrs on your rehearsal day and 10.5 hrs on your wedding day)

Complete Wedding Services $2,500-$3,500
Services prior to your wedding day
- Coordination services for Ceremony and Reception, up to 12 hours One (1) coordinator

- Eight (8) face-to-face meeting, to go over wedding details, (i.e. design & decor, vendor duties, time-line of activities, vendor negotiations, etc.)
- Assist with locating & contracting the perfect location
- Assist with Wedding Theme Selections
- Assist with creating and the printing of the stationary ,
(i.e. "Save the Date" notes, invitations, "Welcome Letters", programs, menus and the like)
- Negotiate group room blocks for you and your guests, at conveniently located hotels
- Assist with coordinating and contracting transportation for you and your guests
- Create a comprehensive event itinerary for vendors and wedding party
- Provide professional vendor referrals
- Assist with menu selection and catering negotiations eate a personal wedding checklist, so that nothing gets over whelming and every detail is accounted for
- Provide a detailed budget
- Unlimited recommendations and or suggestions (i.e. creative ideas, budgeting, etiquette, and the like)
- Assist with negotiations and selection process of professional vendors
- Confirm contracts and timing of events with all vendors
- Orchestrate your wedding rehearsal and organize your wedding party
- Coordinate the wedding ceremony and get you down the aisle on time
- Manage the timing of events with your family, wedding party and vendors
- Unlimited communication and correspondences via phone, fax, and email
Services on your wedding day:

- Manage the timing of your events with family, wedding party and guests

Ultimate Wedding Services $3,500 & Up
Services prior to your wedding day
- Twelve (12) face-to-face meetings, to go over wedding details,
(i.e. design & decor, vendor duties, time-line of activities, vendor negotiations, etc.)
- Assist with locating & contracting the perfect location
- Assist with Wedding Theme Selections
- Assist with creating and the printing of the stationary ,
(i.e. "Save the Date" notes, invitations, "Welcome Letters", programs, menus and the like)
- Provide RSVP Service
- Assist with your Wedding Website
- Negotiate group room blocks for you and your guests, at conveniently located hotels
- Assist with coordinating and contracting transportation for you and your guests
- Create a comprehensive event time schedule for vendors and wedding party Provide professional vendor referrals

(1.5 hours on your rehearsal day and ALL DAY on your wedding day)
All Inclusive Packages
We can also provide a full service package staying within your predetermined budget. We'll create a special package working with the venue coordinators & other vendors for your wedding to ensure the best possible rates, my service fee will be within/part of your entire budget.
Hourly Rate
We may also be retained as your event consultant at the rate of One Hundred Dollars ($100) per hour for services, which include but not limited to, phone calls, face to face meetings, travel time to and from any and all appointments and the like. Time will be kept track of in 15 minute increments. Any additional costs incurred to execute your request, such as film developing, postage, etc. will be reimbursable to An Affair with Flair Events.
In addition, An Affair with Flair Events will keep accurate records of all time spent on phone calls and meetings made on your behalf. A statement of such record keeping will be sent to your attention at any time during the planning process.
Exact pricing for all packages depend on:
- Number of Guests
- Location of ceremony & reception
- The number of months in advance that services are secured
- If additional work is required special request or arrangements are made (i.e. rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, bachelor/bachelorette party etc.)
